Dhr is present in person. No S.R of notice against the Jdr.

Dhr files an application stating that he has received the awarded amount from the Jdr and an amount of penalty should be imposed upon the Jdr as to why they did not comply the final order dated 21/01/2022 passed in CC/236/2019 within the specified time.

Heard the Dhr in person. Perused the application filed by the Dhr. It is true that Jdr was directed to pay Rs.8,042/- as reimbursement as supplementary bill and cost of Rs.5000/- to the Dhr within 30 days from the date of order.

The Jdr did not comply the final order dated 21/01/2022 for which the Dhr filed the instant Execution Case. It is true that the Jdr paid the entired awarded amount to the Dhr beyond the fine limit.

Dhr has already received the awarded amount .

Thus, we are not inclined to impose any penalty upon the Jdr for non compliance of the final order.

Hence,

Ordered, that the Execution Case is disposed of on full satisfaction.
