            The advocate for the O.P. is present and filed hazira. And Ld. Counsel for the O.P. submitted that, the complainant has not taken any steps since September, 2022. None appeared for the complainant on repeated call and no steps filed today. We heard and on perusal of the case record it is found that the complainant is consistently absent after 21.10.2022 and no steps also filed in any point of time to date. It deems that, the complainant does not want to proceed further in the case.

Hence in view of the above circumstances, the case is dismissed for non-prosecution today.

This case is disposed of accordingly.
