Today, the case is fixed for remaining arguments and special power of attorney along with copies of cheques have been placed on record on behalf of the complainant. The Special attorney of the complainant along with counsel for the complainant has made a statement recorded separately that he has received cheque No. 425289 dated 19.06.2022 for Rs. 80,000/- and cheque No. 425290 dated 19.07.2022 for Rs.80,000/- in favour of Gittu Bala-complainant as full and final settlement of the claim as a compromise has been effected between the parties and now nothing remains due towards the opposite parties except these cheques. So, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

In view of the aforesaid statement of the Special Attorney of the complainant along with his advocate, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
