1. This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2. This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. Opposite parties 1 & 3 not appeared before this Commission after accepting the notice. Hence on 14/12/2020 opposite parties 1 & 3 were called absent and set exparte. Notice issued to second opposite party not seen returned. Complainant was continuously absent and not taken any steps against second opposite party. As the complainant was continuously absent and there is no representation on behalf of the complainant coupled with the fact that the complainant has not taken any steps against second opposite party, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

                    In the result, complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

      A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
