          The appellant is the complainant in CC.33/07 in the file of CDRF, Thiurvananthpauram.  Appeal is filed over the order in IA.121/2010 dismissing the restoration petition as the order to pay cost was not complied.

          2. It is submitted by the complainant that the lapse was on account of the counsel who was representing her in the Forum.  She was not  aware about the condition to pay costs.

          3. In the circumstances the order of the Forum  is set aside.  The complainant pay a sum of Rs.400/- towards the Legal Aid Fund within one month.  On payment of cost the OP shall stands restored.  The matter is posted before the Forum on 1.2.2011.

          Office will forward the copy of this order to the Forum.
