Today the case is fixed for issuing notice to Ops on filing of copy and RC/AD etc.  But none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4:30 PM. Further wait is not justified. So, there is no sufficient ground for adjourning this case for the same purpose. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution as well as for non-compliance of order passed by this Commission.
