ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The complainantis held entitled to the amount of Rs.5,000/- as compensation for the hardhip and mental and physical agony that she has suffered from the respondents and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings together with the directions to the respondents to allow the complainants to operate her savings bank account by issue of cheque book to with draw the amount as and when she desires. Further the respondents shall pay the amount of Rs.5,000/- as compensation for the hardship, physical and mental agony that the complainant has suffered in this case and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings within 2 months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from bearing their own costs of this proceedings. Further the respondents are directed to allow the complainant to operate her savings bank account by issue of cheque book in her favour and to withdraw the amount whenever she desire. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
