Complaint is disposed of as per compromise stated below:<br /> <br /> The Kerala Water Authority agrees that if the complainant produces documentary evidence of purchase of his house like copy of sale deed in his name they are agreeable for charging the consumption of water from the date purchase of house at minimum of domestic rate for the period under dispute ie., 1999 to 2005. The complainant agrees to produce this evidence before the Kerala Water Authority at the earliest and get his complaint redressed.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> G.
