ORDER

SRI. P. V. JAYARAJAN:  PRESIDENT

          This complaint is filed under Sec. 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.  After hearing the matter this Commission passed an order as follows:

This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties.  After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties to appear before this Commission today.  When the case came up for consideration today, the complainant and 1^st opposite party were present and the 1^st opposite party submitted that they are ready to pay back the entire amount paid by the complainant.  The said proposal was accepted by the complainant who was present before this Commission.  The 1^st opposite party handed over a Demand Draft for Rs. 33,999/- in the name of the complainant towards the full and final settlement of the complaint.  The complainant who was present before this Commission made an endorsement on the complaint to the effect that she has received the Demand Draft for Rs. 33,999/- from the 1^st opposite party and she is not willing to further proceed with this complaint.  In view of the endorsement made by the complainant, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as settled. 

In the result, the complaint is dismissed.  There will be no order as to cost. 

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
