This is a revision filed under Section 17(1)(b) of the Consumer Protection Act by the Petitioner praying this Commission to allow the revision by setting aside the orders in IA No.70/2018 dated 22.06.2018 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Mahabubnagar.

Counsel on behalf of the Revision petitioner filed a memo to the effect that Respondent herein had filed a withdrawal memo before the District Consumer Forum, Mahabubnagar stating that the Opposite party therein paid the outstanding due amounts and cleared the loan account, hence settled out of court. Accordingly, prayed for withdrawal of this revision petition.
In view of the withdrawal memo, the Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
