COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:          Complainant in person.

Mr.Sudhir Mittal, Adv., for the Ops alongwith Mr.Col.S.M.Jindal, Project Director.

 

                       

                        Today the case was fixed for arguements. At this stage, Sh.Col.S.M.Jindal, Project Director has made a separate statement in which he states that as per reply by way of affidavit filed by him, he should rectify any faults/defects in the flat at AWHO costs till allottee is satisfied within 3-4 months.

                        Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he accepts the statement made by the Project Director of Ops. In view of the statement, he withdraws his present complaint.

                        Heard. In view of the statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
