ORDER

          No step is taken from the complainant.

          However, on call Ld. counsel Mr. B. K. Sinha has appeared and submitted that complainant is not in a position to collect the proper address of the OP as the complainant has been suffering from serious ailments and Learned counsel on behalf of the complainant verbally submits to drop the case as the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.

          As such, the case is dropped for non-prosecution.
