           Aggrieved by the order in Hyderabad 

        GulbargaHyderabad        will conduct surgery. The complainant deposited an advance amount of Rs.20,000/-        The complainant submits that the opp.parties could have done so at the time of admission of the patient and ought not to have made the complainant wait for 19 long hours to give    even purchased the surgical consumable and also obtained B+ve blood from Rudhira Voluntary Blood Bank. After forceful discharge of his son             

 After the death of his son, the complainant lodged a police complaint Hyderabad which was registered as Crime No.21/2006  which was registered vide FIR no.20 Dt.4.2.2006 at Railway Police Station, Hyderabad          

Opposite parties 1 and 2 filed counter  complainant’s son was in opp.party no.1 hospital.       and opp.party no.2 after close examination of wounds                

 Opp.parties submit  opp.party no.1 hospital were continuously monitoring the condition of patient and administering the prescribed treatment including blood transfusion , physiotherapy support, IV drip, oxygen                

              towards costs .
