This matter is placed before the Lok Adalat today.  

                   Learned counsel for both the parties are present.

                  Mr. P.K.Routray,representative of the appellant is present.

                  They have filed the joint compromise petition stating that complainant agreed to receive Rs.1,75,000/- as total consolidated amount towards compliance of the impugned order and the appellant does not want to proceed further.

                   It is also agreed between the parties that the payment would  be made in two instalments i.e. Rs.1,00,000/- to be paid by dtd.20.12.2021 and the rest of the amount would be paid on dtd.20.01.2022.

                   The appelal  is disposed of in terms of compromise  and the aforesaid compromise petition is made part and parcel of this  order.

               Accordingly the appeal is disposed of in Lok Adalat.
