Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the order no. 4 dated 08.01.2024 passed by the Ld. DCDRC, South 24 Parganas in Complaint Case no. 156/2023 passing an order to the effect that the case shall proceed ex parte against the OP No. 3, Revisionist/OP No. 3 preferred this Revision Petition.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the Revision Petition is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- payable to the Respondent No. 1/Complainant.
The delay is condoned.
The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. Commission below on 22.12.2024.
The Revisionist/Petitioner shall pay the cost on that date to the party concerned.
Therefore, Ld. Commission below is requested to dispose of the complaint case being no. 156/2023 within six months from the date of their appearance in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made by this Commission.
