Complainant submitted a report on the status of the case.

1. The the opposite party paid/refunded an amount of Rs 2,76,040 by way of two cheques, one Rs 2,32,865 dated 24.04.2022 and $Rs 43,175 dated 30.04.2022.
2. Another amount of Rs 1,50,000 has been paid by the Opposite party to the Complainant as a conpensation amount taken for car parking included in the totqal flat value which was an extra charges paid by the Complainat.
3. That an amount of Rs 40,000 will be either refunded or adjusted during the registration.
4. That the opposite party has agreed to change the door.
5. That the Complainant have accepted the flat which was wrongly allotted to him.

Complainant, hence prays for withdrawal of the case.
