Revisionist is present through Mr. S.Nayak along with Mr. Alok Mukhopadhyay, Ld. Advocates.  OP is absent on calls.  Heard the Ld. Advocate for the Revisionist.  Judgement is passed as under :-

This Revisional Application is directed against an interlocutory order dt. 20.07.10 passed in CDF Unit I Case No. 229/10 by DCDRF, Kolkata Unit-I.  The records of the above complaint case, which have been brought before this Commission, reveal that the complaint case has in the meantime been dismissed in presence of the Ld. Advocates for both the sides on 12.01.11.  In view of the dismissal of the complaint case itself this Revisional Application has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.  All interim orders made in this Revisional Application shall stand vacated.  The LCR be returned to the Forum below along with a copy of this order immediately.
