| Final Order / Judgement | Hon’ble Mr. Ajeya Matilal, Presiding Member The revisionist is present through his Ld. Advocate. Ld. Advocate, Mr. Diganta Das appears by filing fresh power on behalf of respondent no. 2. Ld. Advocate for respondent no. 2 submitted that the complaint case no. CC/182/2022 was withdrawn by the complainant. So, it appears that the present revision petition preferred against order no. 7 dt. 20.12.2022 asking the complainant to show cause by 04.01.2023 as to why the aforesaid case shall not be dismissed for default becomes infructuous. So considering the position of law, we are of the view that the instant Revisions Petition should be rejected. Accordingly, RP/43/2023 is dismissed. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Ld. DCDRC, Howrah. The Joint Registrar of this Commission is directed to do the needful in this regard. | |
