Learned counsel for the revision petitioner files certified copy of the impugned order. So defect is removed.

2.      Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

3.      Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that he would file a petition before the learned District Forum to challenge maintainability of the complaint as the same point has not considered while passing the impugned order.

4.      In view of above, the revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Forum to hear the maintainability of the complaint first and then insist for compliance of the impugned order. The petitioner is to file such petition on 4.7.2020 and the learned District Forum would pass appropriate order as per law after hearing both parties within 15 days from 4.7.2020. Till disposal of such petition compliance of impugned order is stayed.
