Complainant filed an application with the prayer to withdraw the case
with the permission to file a fresh one in the interest of justice  as
present none for OP ,therefore, heard complainant and perused file.
Complainant has stated that in the present complaint some technical
anomalies has to be removed. Therefore, he wants to withdraw the
present complaint and to file a fresh one with the permission of this
forum. As this application unopposed , therefore, prayer of the
complainant is allowed to withdraw the complaint with the permission
to file the fresh complaint in the interest of justice.

Copy of this order be made available to the party free of cost as per
law and a copy be kept on separate file. File be consigned to record
room.
