The complainant claiming losses an compensation for harassment due to disconnection of the electric line from Photostate Shop of the complainant allegedly without any valid reason was dismissed for having no merit.
2. It is alleged that the electric supply was disconnected on 04 June, 2015 which was all those Respondent on 17.02.2017. The complaint was filed on stay of business for want of electricity connection. The opposite party justify the disconnection on the ground of the feeder from which electric connection was given to the complainant was also other consumers. Where removed for connecting with other feeder as the feeder from which electric connection was given directed for exclusive supply to civil court Lakhasari. It was further stated that other consumers like the complainant obtain the electric supply from the another feeder but the complainant did not agree for the some latter on the complainant gave his consent thereafter electric supply was support from the another feeder from other similar consumers.
3. The District Forum considered the matter in detail and having found no merit dismissed the case upon hold the there is no deficiency in service nor the claim of loss could sustained.
4. The parties before us reiterated their respective cases.
5. We have considered the case of the parties and also impugned order the District Forum as passed the well reasoned order. We are in agreement with the reasoning of the District Forum while dismissing the complaint.
6. We do not find any reason to interfere with the order under appeal.
7. In the result appeal stands dismissed at its admission stage.
