Order No. 18, Dated: 19.5.2015

Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default for his non-appearance on 10.3.2015. The O.Ps. file haziras.  On behalf of the complainant a petition has been filed praying for time to file written version on the ground mentioned in the petition. The petition is not moved.  On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant.

On scrutiny the record it appears that by passing order No.14 dated 10.3.2015 the complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default for his non-appearance on such date.  Thereafter more or less three dates were fixed for showing cause by the complainant. Today the complainant is also found absent.  The cause has not yet been shown by the complainant.  The conduct of the complainant clearly shows that he has lost his interest in this case.  This Forum should not wait for unlimited period for receiving the show cause from the complainant.  In the above premises the case should be dismissed for default. Hence, it is

Ordered

that the C.C. No.119/2014 is dismissed for default without any cost.  Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
