| Final Order / Judgement | Case record taken up for hearing. Complainant filed evidence on affidavit is taken into record. In the meantime, the OP through their Learned Advocate Virtually present and send a petition containing an offer of settlement of dispute and pray for an adjournment is taken into record. The complainant present has accepted the offer of settlement endorsing thereon that, he is ready to accept Aquaguard ( Water Purifier RO) of the same brand with fresh warranty replacing the subject defective goods/ Water Purifier which is taken in to record be formed as part of this order. As the complainant has accepted the offer of the O.P and ready to settle the dispute, we do not think to adjourn the case, rather it need to be disposed of in view of the aforesaid settlement of the parties. Hence, it is order. Order In view of settlement made between the parties the O.ps are hereby directed to deliver a new Aquaguard of the same model without charging any extra amount form the complainant within one month of receiving of this order and on receiving of the new Aquaguard the complainant shall return back the subject Aquaguard to the O.P forthwith. As the dispute is settled amicably, there is no order as to cost. Complaint is disposed off accordingly. Abstract of this order be supplied to the parties for their reference and compliance. | |
