Counsel for opposite parties.

On the application dated 6.3.2020 filed by the opposite parties,  Ld. Counsel for complainant stated at bar that the complainant is ready to submit the required documents i.e. Discharge Summary & Investigation Reports with the opposite parties within 15 days from today and the claim may kindly be decided accordingly. On the other hand, Ld. Counsel for opposite parties also stated at bar that the opposite parties are ready to settle the claim of the complainant within 30 days on the receipt of above said required documents from the complainant. So, in view of the oral submissions made by the parties, the present complaint is disposed of. Accordingly, the complainant is directed to submit the abvoe said required documents within 15 days from today with the opposite parties and the opposite parties are also directed to settle the claim of the complainant within 30 days on the receipt of above said documents from the complainant. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
