Statement of Sh.Sohit Talwar, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded that due to some technical defects in the present complaint i.e. some necessary parties could not be arrayed as parties in the present complaint. As such, he want to withdraw the present complaint with permission to the complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after making necessary parties in the present complaint. It is also prayed that Original documents may be returned and further the time consumed in pursuation of the present complaint may kindly be excluded from counting the period for limitation for the fresh complaint.

So, accordingly in view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the Complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action. Original documents be returned to the Complainant. The time consumed in pursuation of the present complaint is excluded from counting the period for limitation for the fresh complaint. File be consigned to the record room.
