This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.
This is a case filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. Complainant absent. Notice served to complainant dated 23.03.2020 opposite parties 1 & 2 represented. Complainant continuously absent. Not filed proof affidavit by the complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed for default.
In the result, the complaint is dismissed as settled. There will be no order as to costs.
