The O.P 4 filed their written version, copy of which is duly served to the complainant.

The complainant is present and filed a memo stating therein that he has already received crop loss insurance amount from the Agriculture company as such does not want to proceed further with this case said memo is taken into record be formed as part of this order.

In view of aforesaid memo of the complainant this case is dismissed against the O.Ps.
