Memo filed by the complainant on 07.06.2023 is taken up today . Which contains that the complainant has already received the alleged crop insurance benefit fork the O.Ps during the pendency of this case. On such he does not want to proceed further in this case. Said memo is duly seen by the opponent and taken in to record.

In view of the said memo and settlement of dispute between the parties , this complaint is dismissed against the O.Ps. However, no order as to cost.
