ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed. The Opposite parties shall jointly and severally pay to the complainant Rs.91,775/- with interest at 12% p.a. from 12-1-2001 till realisation and Rs.500/- as cost of this proceedings within two months from the date of receipt of this order. Opposite parties to bear their costs. Send the certified copies of this order judgement to both sides parties under C.O.P.
