             Today is fixed for admission hearing.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.

Having heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant and on perusal of the complaint coupled with documents annexed thereto, we are of the view that the subject matter of dispute is not amenable in this commission as the OP has already sold the subject flat to else one. There is also no prayer on the part of the complainant for refund of advance amount Rs. 2,50,000/-. As a result, we are not inclined to admit the complaint and the complaint is rejected.

            It is however, made clear that rejection of the consumer complaint shall not come to the way of the complainant approaching a Civil Court or availing such remedy other than a consumer complaint as may be open to it in law.
