Complainant is absent. No steps taken. On perusal of record it is found that OP No. 1 appeared on through engaged advocate. Notice has returned back against OP No. 2 & 3 with a remark “No such address” and OP No. 4 could not appeared till today. In the other hand complainant is found absent since dt. 16.04.2020 in each & every posted dates till today and he is not showing interest to proceed with the case, it caused serious defaulter in the part of complainant. Hence, the complaint case is dismissed for default.
