Final Order / Judgement

The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that complainant is bed ridden and unable to talk and the OPs have renewed the policy No. 30410230201701, therefore, he does not want pursue with the present complaint. He has also placed on the file discharge summary and copy of the said insurance policy. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
