In view of the application of the opposite parties and the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, we award a sum of Rs. 48,154/- to the complainant against the opposite parties and the opposite parties are directed to pay the above said amount to the complainant within 3 weeks from the date of passing of this order. Accordingly, the complaint is disposed of. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
