A memo has been filed by the counsel for the appellant informing this Commission that the dispute in this case has been settled among the parties by a Conciliation Award dated 07.10.2022 on a mediation before An Online Dispute Resolution Institution, recognized by Ministry of Law & Justice, Govt. of India.  In view of the out of court settlement arrived at which has also been produced along with a memo, this appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
