          The Order No.10 dated 14.01.2016 passed in M.A. Case No.90/2015 shows that the Miscellaneous Application has already been disposed of.  So, this C.C. No.180/2015 is taken up for hearing.  Both the parties are present by filing their haziras.  The complainant files a verified petition stating that the dispute involved in this case has already been settled out of court and accordingly he is not willing to proceed with this case.  Copy of the petition has been served upon the O.Ps.  They have raised no objection.  The complainant himself is present, being asked he has submitted before this Forum that he is not willing to proceed with this case further as the dispute involved in this case has been settled out of Forum.

            As the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case further we find nothing to proceed with this case further.  Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the C.C. No.180/2015 is dismissed for non-prosecution without any cost. 

Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
