1.         Max Newyork Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Regd. Office Max House 3rd Floor, 1, Dr.Jha Marg, Okhla, New Delhi 110020.

2.         The Regional Manager/Competent Authority, Max Newyork Life Insurance Co., Super General Office cum Regional Office, SCO No.36-38, Sector 8-C, Chandigarh.

                                                                                                            Opposite Parties

 

Present:          Sh.Hitender Kansal, Advocate for Complainant.

                        Sh.Rajneesh Malhotra, Advocate for OPs.

                       

                                                            ORDER

 

1.                     The learned counsel for the parties has appeared. Efforts made for reconciliation, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by counsel for the parties is reproduced as under :-

“Statement of Sh.Rajneesh Malhotra, Advocate for OPs.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OPs will pay an amount of Rs.1464.64 plus an additional amount of Rs.3000/-, total Rs.4464.64, to the complainant within three weeks from today i.e. 11.5.2010. The amount shall be handed over to counsel for complainant i.e. Sh.Hitender Kansal, Advocate.

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Rajneesh Malhotra, Advocate for OPs. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.”

   

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OPs would pay an amount of Rs.1464.64 plus an additional amount of Rs.3000/-, total Rs.4464.64, to the complainant within three weeks from today i.e. 11.5.2010.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
