The parties have compromised. Statements of learned counsel for the complainant and learned counsel for opposite parties No.1 & 2 have been recorded. In view of statements made by them, the opposite parties are directed to make the payment of Rs.57000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of his claim within one month, failing which the opposite partis shall be liable to pay interest @ 9 % P.A on the above said amount after the expiry of said period of one month till the date of payment. Copy of the order be sent to the concerned parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
