                   File taken up today on the application of complainant.

                   The statement of complainant’s counsel Sh. Gita Ram Parmar has been recorded wherein he states that sum of Rs.1160621/- has been received through cheque No.974187 dated 27.05.2022. Copy of cheque has been placed on record. He also states that compromise has been struck with the opposite party and now the complainant is fully satisfied and does not want to pursue this complaint any further. The statement has been placed on record. In view of the same, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties concerned as per rules. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
