Perusal of the record shows that complainant appeared last on 6/04/2018. Thereafter, matter adjourned for several times but neither the parties nor their counsel appeared before this Commission. On 11/2/2019 complainant was also informed telephonically, still complainant did not appear before Commission.  It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Hence, the matter is dismissed for non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
