Present :-  Complainant in person.

                     Adv. Charu Sachdeva for OP along with Adv. Sanjan Manishi, Deputy Manager, Max Life Insurance.

                    

The matter has been settled between the complainant and OP for an amount of Rs.50, 000/- along with interest @6% from 22.07.2021-10.03.2023 (approximate amount Rs. 54,898/-) to be paid by the OP to the complainant as full and final settlement within one month from the date of receipt of this order.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.

 File be consigned to the record room.
