Sukhbir Singh  vs. Max Life Insurance

Present:       Complainant with Sh. Suresh Kajal Advocate.

                                               

                   The complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to technical ground and premission be given to file afresh in a appropriate court and withdraws the same. His statement has been recorded separately.

                  In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, premission is granted to the complainant to file afresh suit before the court of competent jurisdiction. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
