Sangeeta Trehan vs. Max Life Insurance and another.

                        Counsel for the complainant made a statement that he wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the complainant the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh complaint in the appropriate court/ authority, if so advised. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
