                        File taken up today on an application moved by ld. Counsel for the complainant. Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that he received an amount of Rs. 60,282/- (Sixty Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Two Only) vide cheque No. 967956 dated 24.05.2022 at Axix Bank, DLF, Gurugaon, 122009 from the opposite parties in full and final settlement, so he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

            In view of the statement made by ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                                    File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
