Dt.12.05.17.                Complainant and OP Nos.1 & 2 file hazira. 

Complainant has filed a verified petition stating that during pendency of the case the OP Nos. 1 & 2 offered a sum of Rs.47,906.52/- to the complainant and thus they are ready to settle the matter amicably.  The complainant also ready to settle the matter and as such he received the cheque of  Rs.47,906.52/- as full and final settlement against the OPs and accordingly prays to pass necessary order.  Copy served.  Heard both sides.

            In view of the application of the complainant as well as submission of the Ld. Advocate of both sides, it is

that the Consumer Case No.89/S/2016 is disposed of on full and final satisfaction.
