Case taken up in Lok Adalat. 

                        Counsel for OP has tendered a statement that he has been duly authorized to settle this case in the Lok Adalat and they are ready to disburse a sum of Rs.5,55,520/- (Rs. Five Lac fifty five thousand five hundred twenty only) to the complainant within 45 days from today by way of instrument.

                        On the other side, counsel for complainant tendered a statement that he is satisfied with the above statement made by counsel for OP Insurance Company and prayed for disposing off the case accordingly.

                        In view of the above statements so tendered by counsels for both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off being fully satisfied with a direction to OP insurance company to disburse a sum of Rs.5,55,520/- (Rs. Five lac fifty five thousand five hundred twenty only) to the complainant within the stipulated period of 45 days otherwise the aforesaid amount shall attract simple interest @ 12% per annum for the period of default. Parties to the complaint shall remain bound by their statements tendered before the Commission in the Lok Adalat. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties concerned, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to records.
