Complainant is absent since 18/08/2018. Notice was sent to the complainant for her appearance in this case by the commission office on 23/02/2023 which has already been delivered to her because the said notice  has not been returned undelivered to this commission. Complainant is conducting this case by herself and she has not engaged any Layer in her behalf. The Commission made it’s best efforts to procedure tge appearance of Complainant but it failed.From the Conduct of Complainant  its appears that she has lost her interests in this case. Hence this case is dimsissed due to long absance of the Complainant. Office is directed to deposite the record in the record  room.
