Sh.Gurpreet Singh, counsel for opposite party.

Counsel for complainant has suffered statement to the effect that he withdraw the application dated 19.10.2023 filed by him on behalf of the complainant and a sum of Rs.17,84,999.99/- has been received by the complainant vide cheque No.893121 dated 24.08.2023 in full and final settlement of all the claims and demands of the complainant in the present complaint. Therefore, he does not want to pursue with this complaint at this stage and withdraws the same. On the other hand, counsel for opposite party has also suffered statement to the effect that he has heard the above mentioned statement made by the counsel for complainant and he has no objection, if the present complaint and pending applications are diposed off accordingly.

In view of the above statements suffered by counsel for both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and all the pending applications of the complainant and opposite party in the present complaint also stands disposed off. File be indexed and consigned to the record room.
