All contesting parties file their respective haziras.The complainant by filing a verified withdrawal petition has prayed for withdraw this case. He has stated in that withdrawal petition that the dispute arose between the parties had amicably been settled outside this Forum. So, the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case further. As such he is filing the above petition pray to withdraw his case. The O.P. No. 3 files W.V. Copy served

Heard . Considered, the ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient.
