This case coming on 06.02.2015 for evidence affidavit of both sides before us in the presence of Sri V.V. Bhaskar Kumar, Advocate for the Complainant and Sri M. Hari Mehar,, Advocate for the 2^nd Opposite Party and the 1^st Opposite Party being exparte and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:

          Full satisfaction memo is filed by the 2^nd Complainant that she received an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only) through Cheque No.  647268 on Axis Bank dated 16.01.2015 towards full and final settlement of the claim and she is not press the complaint after issuing notice to other side, who endorsed no objection .   Heard both sides.  Memo is recorded.  Complaint is dismissed as not pressed without costs.
