The record is placed before the Lok Adalat for its disposal. Both parties are present along with their Ld. Advocates. Following an amicable settlement between the parties as the O.P Nos.1, 2 & 3 and the complainant along with O.P. No.4 agreed to settle their claim therefore the O.P. Nos.1, 2 & 3 are submitting the cheque of compromise amount before this Ld. Forum and the O.P. No.4 is also agrees to receive the claim amount to the tune of 4,52,755.69/-, and the cheque was received by O.P. No.4 on proper receipt.
After hearing both sides, we are of the opinion that as the parties comes to a compromise between them. Therefore, the case should be disposed of accordingly.
Hence, it is
Ordered
that the Consumer Complaint being No. 66/2018 be and the same is disposed of on compromise through this Lok Adalat.
Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
